🛠️ Scaffolder – NSW 

📍 Location: Hunter Valley Region, NSW 🕒 Job Type: Full-time | Contract💲Competitive hourly rates 

Base Industries Australia is seeking qualified and motivated Scaffolders to join our crew in the Hunter Valley, NSW. You’ll play a key role in supporting safe access and structural reliability across this project. 

🔧 About the Role: 

You’ll be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. You will work as part of a team and report directly to your leading hand and site supervisor. The site offers unique challenges requiring adaptability and a strong safety-first mindset. 

✅ What We’re Looking For: 

• High Risk Work Licence (Scaffolder Intermediate or Advanced) 

• Construction industry Induction (White Card) 

• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets 

• Asbestos Awareness and EWP tickets an advantage 

• Australian Driver’s Licence 

• Flexible & adaptable to changing environments 

• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork. 

• Local to the Hunter Valley Region (preferred). 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures. 

• Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines. 

• Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. 

• Interpret plans, drawings and written instructions and comply with project specifications to complete works. 

• Meet both quality and productivity targets in erecting and dismantling scaffolding. 

• Provide direction to team members as required. 

• Comply with company and site PPE requirements at all times. 

• Creation and compliance with JHA’s/SWMS, etc. 

• Always maintain professional code of conduct in all dealings with clients and other contractors, and whilst representing Base Industries Australia.  

• Participate in and contribute to daily pre-starts, weekly toolbox meetings and other health and safety initiatives and training.
